This is a pre-launch website. We only collect the data you actively give us:

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary technical data required to serve and secure the page is processed by our hosting provider.
We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements:
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep waitlist emails until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to remove them. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. You can request deletion at any time.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time (for example, by unsubscribing). To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Belgium, this is the Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
This website and the HyperFlow app are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy as HyperFlow develops, particularly ahead of the app's launch. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
