Website Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data the HyperFlow website ("HyperFlow", "we", "us", "our") collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it, including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). HyperFlow is operated from Belgium, European Union.

Looking for the app's privacy policy?HyperFlow App Privacy Policy

This page covers this website only (hyperflow-fit.app) — its waitlist and contact form. The HyperFlow mobile app for iOS and Android is a separate product governed by the App Privacy Policy, which describes everything the app collects and every third party it shares data with, including optional AI features (OpenRouter → Google Gemini, consent required before any data is sent) and product analytics (PostHog, opt-out in Settings). The statements on this page about cookies, trackers and processors describe the website and do not describe the app.

1. Who is responsible for your data

HyperFlow is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].

2. What we collect and why

This is a marketing website for the HyperFlow app. We only collect data you actively choose to give us, plus the minimal technical data every website needs to operate securely:

On this website we do not run advertising or analytics trackers, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell, rent or share your data with data brokers. (The mobile app does use first-party, EU-hosted product analytics and optional AI features — both are described, with the third parties named, in the App Privacy Policy.)

3. Cookies & tracking

This site sets no advertising and no analytics cookies, and uses no cross-site tracking. (This section is about the website; the app is a native app and uses no browser cookies at all — see the App Privacy Policy.) Only strictly necessary technical data required to serve and secure the page is processed by our hosting provider. No consent banner is required because we do not place non-essential cookies.

4. Service providers (processors)

We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:

5. International transfers

Some providers (for example, Cloudflare) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

6. How long we keep your data

We keep mailing-list emails until you ask us to remove them or unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle and follow up on your enquiry. Hosting security logs are retained for a short period for abuse prevention. You can request deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time (for example, by unsubscribing or emailing us). To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Belgium, this is the Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).

8. Children

This website and the HyperFlow app are not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age of digital consent in your country if higher. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Language

This policy is provided in English. Any translations are for convenience only — the English version controls.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.

11. Contact
