Make every set count.

Most apps just log your workout. HyperFlow scores every set by the science that drives real progress: tempo, time under tension, how hard each set truly was, and the volume that counts.

HyperFlow's live tempo timer mid-set on a Barbell Bench Press

A rep counter tells you what you did.
HyperFlow tells you whether it worked.

Every set is scored against the principles good coaches charge for: tempo, time under tension, proximity to failure, and effective volume. It all turns into a plan that keeps you progressing.

Control the negative

Lowering under control, the eccentric, is where a lot of the real work happens. HyperFlow guides your concentric and eccentric tempo so every rep is time under tension that counts.

3s down · 1s up

Only the hard reps count

The reps closest to failure are the ones that drive results. HyperFlow logs reps-in-reserve and effective volume, so you train where progress actually happens, not just where it's comfortable.

Peak on purpose

Real programs progress in mesocycles and back off before you stall. HyperFlow auto-manages overload and tells you exactly when to deload, so you keep climbing instead of plateauing.

Workouts in plain language

Type "push day, 5 exercises, 45 minutes" and HyperFlow drafts it, then optimizes sets, tempo and rest with AI tuned to your goals. Edit anything, your way.

AI-assisted

A timer for every phase

Tempo cues for the lower, hold, drive and squeeze. Rest-timer alerts between sets. Haptics keep you in the rep without staring at the screen.

Tempo + rest timers

Progress you can see

Track time under tension trends, PRs and effective volume across each mesocycle. PR celebrations and smart reminders keep you consistent, the real driver of results.

The science

Built on training research, not hype.

HyperFlow's scoring is grounded in the mechanisms that actually drive results: mechanical tension through controlled tempo, training close to failure, the right amount of effective volume, and structured progressive overload across mesocycles.

We're publishing the full methodology, how each set is scored and why, in our whitepaper.

Questions
When does HyperFlow launch?

We're in the final stretch before our App Store and Google Play launch. Join the waitlist and you'll get early access plus a heads-up the moment it's live.

What platforms will it be on?

Both iOS and Android. Waitlist members get the download link for their platform on launch day.

What makes it different from other workout apps?

Most apps record what you did. HyperFlow scores how you did it: tempo, time under tension, how close to failure each set was, and your effective volume. Then it manages your progressive overload and deloads automatically. It's a coach's framework, not a logbook.

Do I need special equipment?

No. HyperFlow works with barbells, dumbbells, machines or bodyweight. The tempo and rest guidance run entirely on your phone.

Is it for beginners or advanced lifters?

Both. Beginners get structure that's hard to find elsewhere; experienced lifters get the tempo, RIR and periodization controls they'd otherwise track by hand.
